It is with great disappointment that we announce the cancellation of the “Gathering with Katey Logan,” planned for May 10, 2012.
The Resource Center for the History of Entrepreneurship of the Shibusawa Eiichi Memorial Foundation had invited Katey Logan to give a talk at a gathering on May 10, 2012. Ms. Logan is a co-author of “Commercial Impact of an Archive Exhibition,” published last month in Japanese translation as “Akaibuzu wo tenji suru koto ni yoru shogyojo no koka,” in Sekai no Bijinesu Akaibuzu: Kigyo Kachi no Gensen (Leveraging Corporate Assets: New Global Directions for Business Archives). She was to discuss trends in British business archives and the UK’s “National Strategy for Business Archives.” Unfortunately, however, Ms. Logan has had to cancel her visit to Japan due to personal reasons and the gathering has been cancelled.
All those who registered for the gathering have been contacted individually. Inquiries about the gathering and its cancellation can be made by phone: 03-3910-0029 (9:45 AM – 5:15 PM weekdays) or by email: icasbl2011tokyo (AT) shibusawa.or.jp (changing (AT) to @).
We apologize deeply for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding.
